Answers about buying digital files worldwide, receiving your download, ordering a custom design and printing your cookie cutter or stamp.

Digital STL files and custom designs

What does Danis Drip - Cookie Studio sell in this shop?

This international shop offers digital STL files for cookie cutters, stamps and related 3D-printing designs. You receive files for your own 3D printer; no physical products are shipped. Check each product page for the files included.

Can I buy STL files from outside Germany?

Yes. Our digital STL files are available worldwide. Physical cutters and stamps are available separately in our German shop for delivery within Germany.

What is an STL file?

An STL file is a digital 3D model. You use it with suitable slicer software and a 3D printer to create the tool. The file itself is not a finished cutter or stamp.

Do I need my own 3D printer?

You need a 3D printer and suitable slicer software, or a printing service that can print the file for you. Printing settings and materials affect the result. Check your printed tool before use.

Does every product include both a cutter and a stamp?

Please check the individual product description before ordering. The contents depend on the design. Our three custom STL products include files for a cookie cutter and matching stamp.

How do I receive a standard STL file?

Standard STL files are provided digitally through a download link via LDT after purchase. No parcel is shipped. Custom STL orders follow the separate made-to-order process below.

Are custom STL files instant downloads?

No. Custom shape, name and initials files are created after your order. Creation takes up to one week after all required information has arrived. Your completed files are provided by email.

How do I order a custom STL design?

Choose the appropriate custom STL product, complete your order, then email your design, name or initials and your order number to info@danisdrip.de. Follow the information requirements on the product page.

Can I change a custom design after ordering?

Send complete and carefully checked information before creation begins. Design changes are not possible once implementation has started. For personalized names and dates, we use the spelling and details exactly as supplied.

May I use the files commercially?

Check the licence on each product page before ordering. Our custom shape, name and initials STL files are supplied for private use only; commercial use is not permitted.

What currency are STL prices shown in?

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country or region. You can change your country/region using the selector in the footer. Local-currency prices are converted from our euro prices and rounded, so they can change with exchange rates. Check the final total and currency at checkout before placing your order.

Which payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can review the final price and currency there before placing your order.

What if I have a problem with my file or download?

Email info@danisdrip.de with your order number and a description of the problem. If relevant, include details about the file, your printer or slicer settings.

Can I withdraw from a digital purchase?

Please read the digital-content section of our withdrawal policy. It explains the applicable information and conditions for an early expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Can I buy finished physical cutters instead?

Finished cutters and stamps are available in our German shop for delivery within Germany. This international shop supplies digital files.
